Pilates Matt:

Exercise for core strength and flexibility.  Alleviate, prevent and recover from injuries. Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.  Exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles. This is a great class whether you have had knee surgery, chronic back pain or a just want a tight tummy.
